Approved Continuing Education Credits

All courses designed by Carole Osborne are approved for continuing education credits by various accrediting and certifying agencies in the massage therapy, bodywork, and perinatal healthcare professions. When a course is scheduled in a state requiring their board’s  approval, the sponsoring school or business has the appropriate approvals prior to the course offering. If you do not see the organization for which you are seeking credits listed below, please contact them directly to verify reciprocity.

Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapy certification workshop provides 32 contact hours
Prenatal Massage 101: An Introductory Workshop provides 14 contact hours
Prenatal Massage Therapy Safety Essentials workshop and home study course - each provide 7 contact hours
Advanced Prenatal Massage Therapy Seminar provides 14 contact hours
Rhythmic Deep Tissue Blends introductory workshop provides 14 contact hours and intensive workshop provides 30 hours
Massage and Movement for Infants provides 7 contact hours

Classes are approved by the following agencies: 

	Carole Osborne is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education provider.
	All programs also meet current AMTA and ABMP continuing education standards.
	All programs are recognized by Doulas of North America (DONA).
Body Therapy Associates secures approval from International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) and Lamaze/ASPO at student request for all maternity programs.
	All programs are approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP 11859).
Body Therapy Associates is approved as a continuing education provider by the Florida Board of Massage (Provider #50-243).
