Customers may order by telephone, fax, website or mail.
To order by phone, call (858) 277-8827 or outside the San Diego area, call toll-free (800) 586-8322 from the U.S. To expedite your order please be fully prepared with title and quantity. Credit cards accepted via phone orders: Visa, and Mastercard.
You may fax your order at any time to (858) 277-8827 or outside the San Diego to (800) 586-8322 from the U.S. When ordering by Fax, list title and price, and purchase order number where required, credit card number and expiration date. Credit cards accepted via FAX orders: Visa and Mastercard only.
Ordering can be done online through this website. Credit cards are processed through PayPal who currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. You may also pay using your PayPal Account options. We do not accept echecks.
Shipping
All orders will be processed within 3 business days of payment. (Bulk order details are stated below.) All orders will be charged the cost of shipping plus a small handling fee.
The preferred carrier for orders from individuals is U.S. Mail.

Bulk Customers
A 40% discount is available on orders of 5 or more copies of the same book. This discount only applies to Pre & Perinatal Massage Therapy, 1st edition or Deep Tissue Sculpting books written by Carole Osborne-Sheets. Contact our Order Department for more details.
All bulk customer first orders MUST be pre-paid. After placing one order with Body Therapy Education, you can choose to pre-pay by credit card or place Purchase Orders and pay by check after receiving your books.
The preferred carrier for “bulk orders” within the U.S. is UPS, but all U.S. Mail services will be used as needed. Bulk customers will be charged the cost of shipping, plus a small handling fee. Bulk orders will be shipped by UPS ground, unless faster service is needed. Please contact our Order Department if you need faster delivery.
Bulk Customers: Prepaid with money order, check or credit card.
If you have a Bulk Order Open Account, payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
Policies
Returns
All sales are final. No returns are accepted unless damaged in shipment & returned within 30 days with a return authorization approval. A replacement book will be shipped at our cost.
Backorders
Body Therapy Education strives to maintain a complete inventory at all times and avoid backorders, but they do occur. In the event of a backorder, several options are available to you. The first option is to delay the order until the backorders arrive. Second, we can ship the available books immediately and send the backorders as soon as they arrive. Lastly, we can ship the available books immediately and hold backorders until your next order.
Claims
Claims for shortships, misships, and books received damaged must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Defective books may be returned with prior authorization, but only within 30 days of invoice date.
A packing slip must accompany all claims and include title, quantity, and invoice number.
Claims will receive full credit on future orders.
Shipments received badly damaged must be reported to our Order Department immediately.
Credits
Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Cash refunds will not be issued. Credits must be used within 1 year.
